They will let you introduct yourself first. After introductions are finished, it is a conduct a bit of small talk with the candidate. Come up with some standardized questions and writing tests. Least, handshake and thank the candidate for their time.

Really good process, Met the HR management and the team. Very friendly and open to answering questions. Would have loved to get the job and disappointed that I wasn’t appointed. Useful feedback given.
