We acknowledge that we are a busy Dispensary, with most areas onsite used for dispensary/related duties for our patients, however we do have a meeting room that can be used for interviews when required. As we have continued to expand as an organisation, we have another building within the same site which allows us to conduct interviews in another area if required. We try to have a panel of (at least) 2 interviewers for all our interviews, re: best recruitment & HR practices, which also allows the interviewee to gain a variety of perspectives about their roles and what it is like to work with us here at Mamedica - which we feel can help give a more rounded view about the role and organisation. We also have a sign in/out tablet at the entrance, which has a Visitor Confidentiality Form, for both security and Health & Safety purposes.
