I was put forward for a first interview which turned out to be in the office rather than a online call which is what is now a standard pretty much. Upon asking for an adjustment I didn't get a reply, only when asking for an update I was sent an "automated" rejection email. The job posting didn't specify the work arrangements for the position nor the compensation bracket either.
