The staff were friendly and greeted me before showing me around and then setting me up at a desk. I was given an exercise to do, first answering multiple choice questions that tested my common sense, attention to detail and math skills. After that I had to compose an email to a 'client' confirming an order and thanking them for their business while also offering additional services. Following this was a one on one interview where I had to talk about myself, my past experiences and examples of how I dealt with different situations that can pop up in the sales environment.
