Interview
Sent resume online. Took several months to hear back from a 7 day job posting. Met with two property managers. One was very nice the other was very cold and had no personality. Basic questions strongness, weakness, and what would be the most challenging about starting a career here? I wanted to say being in this 500 sqft office with one window and 4 adults.
I sent the Thank you letter they never even opened it, yet they smiled and shook my hand all the way out the door. If someone interviews I think you owe them a response. Not professional at all.

Met with Property Manager for interview. She was very friendly and informative about the company and position. Standard interview, told her about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and where I saw myself in 5 years. Discussed hours of the job and standard procedures.
