Interview
Standard procedure in hiring. Smooth transition between Interview phases. You get Interviewed by the top level management for 30 min each (4 in total). The hiring manager was very informative in the school career fair and called me for a sit down Interview. It was very nice of her to always show excitement even before I got final offer. The whole process took about a month.

Standard questions about yourself, school project or current job/internship, career goals etc. They do ask further questions based on your answer to understand your depth of knowledge.

Interview
Very long and thorough. It is a full day of interviewing. They break up the day into a bunch of 30 minute blocks and you do a bunch of interviews in the morning then they take you to lunch. You come back and go through another block of interviews. Having been on the other side of things the interviewers grade you out on a rubric of items: presentation, aptitude, communication skills, experience, etc. They all get submitted to HR and a decision is made by someone up the ladder.
