I applied online for the Oxford Circus store, couple days later I receive an email from then asking if I can attend a group interview the next day (Wednesday) and confirm my attendance. There was no name's as to who I should contact to reply back to confirm my seat so I replied back to the same person I received the email from, Scott. And I replied very quick, but I never received no email from anyone that day or the next day... I tried calling the Oxford Circus store, and whenever I try choose the option to speak to one of the team members, the line just cancels and I done that several time both Tuesday and Wednesday. So I then called the customer service team, and explained to them my situation as to whether I was confirmed for the group interview or not. They didn't even care and gave me a international number to call when all they had to do is give it to their store manager so that I could confirm with him/her but instead gives me an international number. I call the international number and they were so rude, it was ridiculous! They hang up on me twice when I was trying to speak to them and the third time I spoke to them, they didn't even show no respect to their customers so I just decided to leave overall. It was the worse experience I ever had and I was ONLY confirming my seating for an interview... To be honest, I can't even give you any advice on how to deal with a situation like this because I tried everything and didn't even get through to ANYWHERE.

De sollicitatieprocedure verliep duidelijk en goed georganiseerd. De communicatie was tijdig, vriendelijk en professioneel. Ik voelde mij gedurende het hele proces goed geïnformeerd en begeleid. De verwachtingen en vervolgstappen werden helder uitgelegd. Een zeer prettige ervaring.
