Selection was through Campus recruitment. It started with a Psychometric test for elimination, followed by a Case Study. The case study was an elaborate one. It required through analysis of the case study with a presentation the Solution. The Solution presentation was accompanied by a one-to-one interview. Based on the presentation and interview, final offer was made
