first had a quick call with HR where he set the salary expectations and joining dates etc. 1 hr skype call after that and there were 2 attendees. they both were very responsive and it was a healthy discussion.

Interview
Started with a phone screen with HR followed by the hiring manager. Was called for a face to face interview for 2 consecutive days. The overall experience was great considering the fact that it was a panel interview. Was made comfortable during the interview and was led in a direction to get the answer they were looking for. The team of Agile coaches were very open and good at listening. Overall a thumps up
