The interview process was very straight forward. The interview was a couple hours long, I had to prepare prior for how to deal with a difficult call or irate customer or complaint. The interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Interview
Fun and laid back- quite casual, customer focused and very keen to get to know you as a person. Competency based questions also formed a bit of the interview but it was fairly standard.

The interview lasted about 2 hours. I was asked to prepare an answer to a role play based scenario. I was also asked to prepare a drawing that described my personality. This was discussed in the interview and this was very enjoyable. The whole interview process was very relaxed and the interviewers did everything to make you feel comfortable.
