I applied online. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment
Interview
My experience interviewing as a program coordinator for an MLSE Foundation program was very demanding. There were 3 interview rounds and the final round required a written assignment and presentation with less than 48 hours notice. I put in a full working days worth of work and created a deliverable I was really proud of. I ultimately was not selected for the job, but only found out because I emailed twice to follow up with the Hiring Manger to finally receive a reply from their automation software with an automated rejection rather than a response from the Hiring Manager who I had directly emailed. There was no opportunity to get feedback and the email I received was generic like I had not interviewed at all. I would have really appreciated the opportunity to be treated with dignity and respect in the hiring process, an element which I feel was missing throughout.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2017
Interview
Process consisted of 3 interviews. One phone interview with a recruiter, and 2 subsequent interviews with the hiring manager and director. Process lasted 3 weeks or so, and was fairly efficient. The offer process was also quite effective.
