Following the initial screening stage, we invited you for a second-round interview and shared that we’d love to see a project you’ve personally worked on, ideally using Figma. This was never intended as a request for confidential material, but rather an opportunity for you to showcase your design approach, creativity, and thought process — something many candidates present via public or anonymized case studies from their portfolios.
We understand that you reached out for clarification shortly before the scheduled interview, and unfortunately, we were unable to respond in time. We're truly sorry for any confusion or concern this caused — that was certainly not our intention.
Please rest assured that we fully respect professional boundaries and intellectual property, and would never expect or request that a candidate shares anything proprietary or sensitive from a current or former employer.
