Minimum information on job role and support . Management support poor and so is communication .No job security without contract. You just wing it from day to day. Minimum training with high expectation.

I had 3 different interviews on three different days each one 2 weeks apart. The first was the recruiter it was only 15 minutes . The second one was the Regional manger . The next one was the clinical with the nurse practitioner it was about 30 minutes asking about skills set and situational questions. It was timing consuming not to even get a email total ghost after the last interview. I am thankful I didn't waste my time to take of 3 different days . I have learned next time I be up front so my time will not be wasted .
