Interview
I was asked behavioral questions and no technical ones. The interviewers were looking for how well I could talk and I was someone they would want to work with, not necessary my skill or experience.
Talked to a recruiter at a campus career fair and interviewed in the following week in person. I was then offered about a month after my interview. Easy process as a college student.
