Initial interview with HR representative. Panel interview with several members of the team. Behavioral questions, as well as some technical questions around statistics and use of tools for data visualization.
I interviewed for a role in their tech/cyber department a while back; everything seemed to go well yet I got a rejection email 24 or 48 hours later. I assumed they already had someone chosen and it was honestly a waste of time. I did all my preparations and it was solid on my end. Negative.

HR phone call screening first, then 2 interviews (both panel). Typical questions: What do you know about Marathon, why this role, what do you know about this position, etc. Overall, friendly and easy process.
