The interview consisted of a presentation of a select topic in the field of teaching, followed by questions from the group panel (hiring committee of about 4-5 individuals). The questions were related to personality, professional skills, pedagogical and some basic field-related questions.

Mock lesson plan followed by questions from the department. Preparation would include prepping a concise, focused lesson plan, and drawing up any possible questions beforehand. Overall, the process wasn't overly difficult.
