desperate. waited for the position to open for a long time. consultants drove the interview process and hiring, and mgt of staff. if leadership wants the person, they make it happen. can circumvent or override hr at times

From what I can tell so far, the interview process is performed in two parts. I initially met with the 2 lead CNMs who interviewed me for an intrapartum CNM position. They were very friendly and professional. A second meeting is scheduled for me to meet with the rest of the midwifery team.
