Very Efficient - and perhaps the best I have experienced in my 22-year career in IT.
Once they determine they want you - They go straight to offer. Get all of that out of the way right upfront.
Why bother checking references or putting you in front of a client etc.

Situational-based - however, it was not being grilled, it was a conversation about experiences and goals, and how they may align with the companies needs.

Interview
Great process, short and to the point. Asked a lot of great questions, not just typical interview type questions. I enjoyed how quickly the process went. Sometimes they can be extremely drawn out but this process was easy to manage.
