I found this job on Indeed and within a week of applying I received an initial screening phone call. She liked me and told me she would put me in touch with the hiring manager. I met with him a week later. Very casual, we met in a hotel lobby. It was a short 15 minute interview he didn't have many if any questions prepared it was an open dialogue which I enjoyed. He told me I was the only candidate and we could talk start dates and training once I met their client because Maritz is the in house planning company for this large corporation. Throughout the entire process they were difficult to get in touch with and for both interviews they would give a time but never a place and I would get in touch with them the day before to confirm and had to reschedule 3 times for the final interview. I met with the client and she proposed many questions with the preface "There are no right or wrong answers here". I left and they told me they would get in touch with me within 4 days, 8 days later I received a rejection notice from someone I had never been in touch with. I emailed my main contact for feedback but never heard back. I think they are probably a good company but I think their interview process showed a lack of professionalism.
