Had applied for several permanent, full time positions. Received a call to interview for this temporary (4 month) program and thought it would be my "in" to a full time position. Interview process was easy. Met the program director for 30 minute interview. Received an e-mail less than a week later with paperwork. Then 3 day training was assigned immediately.

I had worked their before, so they already knew my work ethic.
