      Caller Interview

      25 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Kirksville, MO
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Maritz (Kirksville, MO) in Feb 2013

      Interview

You have to prove that you have basic typing competency, not at all a challenge. You can make mistakes. You also have to show that you are basically literate - they'll ask you to read from a script to make sure you have a decent speed. Even if you're not perfect they'll train you on speed, diction, clarity if it needs polishing. I was surprised at how quickly I was hired but it turns out they'll hire basically anyone because they have such a high turnover rate due to the extremely boring work and the ebb and flow of college students in and out of town.
