Market Logic Software Content Manager interview questions

I went through a timed assignment, 2 different interviews with two different managers at the office as well as a Skype interview with a prospective Marketing Manager. Between interviews it was up to me to follow up and arrange the next one after waiting for over a week when they said it would be arranged in a couple of days. They also asked for a reference contact, which I provided but they never contacted. It was never made clear to me who exactly was the hiring manager. However the interviews were positive and productive and I there was even mention of speeding up the process so I could hand my notice in and start sooner. The communication then dropped, I didn't receive an answer despite telling them I would like an answer within a week and being told this wouldn't be a problem. One of the managers was away traveling, so I presumed I would hear back when they returned, but never did. In the meantime I took up an offer elsewhere. 7 weeks after the last contact I received an email saying they had to realign their needs and the role had now become Junior Copywriter, so they would not be proceeding. Poor communication all round with no clear leadership. The company seems to be growing too quickly for its own good.
