I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marketing For Change
Interview
Within a week of submitting my resume and cover letter, I was invited to complete an exercise, which was to design a formative research project and write a brief about the design. It was due in 4 days to qualify to proceed in the interview process. The brief needed to describe the methods to be used, how recruitment of participants would be done, and the research questions. The design and brief took me about 4 hours to complete, including some limited exploration of the topic of the research. Based on my submission, I was invited to a video interview with two people. In a week I learned that I did not make the final cut.

Question 1
What kind of role do you see yourself moving into?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Marketing For Change (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a group interview first and then they call back the best 2-3 people for individual interviews. Process takes a long time but is worth it. The group interview was pretty informal, but you should dress your best and be prepared for normal interview questions. Try to answer all questions asked.
