Fast and easy process. I applied through Craigslist and was contacted immediately. The HR lady was nice and interviewed me in person. She asked me a few questions about my work ethic but for the most part the interview was almost like casual conversation. I started work 2 weeks after applying.
Hard to get through their screening process. Their recruiter in San Francisco is super flakey and will send an email indicating motion and then months of silence. Best to have a contact within the organization to get your resume through the recruiter. I have a number of associates who have had really bad experiences with their recruiter.

Question 1
Its a long, technical interview process. They are looking for the tough and the scrappy and the smart. You can't fake your way through this interview process. Reassuring given the pressure and the stakes. The process is intense and comparable to a Google interview.
