I applied online and was contacted to schedule a phone interview with a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner, after completing an online Behavioral Assessment. 2 weeks after the phone interview, I reached out to my previous contact to find out whether the hiring manager decided not to conduct an interview with me. At that time, I was invited in for an on-site / in person interview. I was told after the interview that a decision would be made the following week, and I would be made aware of the decision. 2 weeks after the 2nd interview I noticed that the position was reposted the previous week so again I reached out to my previous contact for an update. The following business day I was made aware that the hiring manager decided to go with a different candidate. I thanked them for the closure.
