Markwins Beauty Brands interview questions

The hiring manager put me under a timed test to analyze a spreadsheet and put together a power point presentation to a fictional client on presenting a line review. As if this is a test of how you would show up to this in opportunity in real life? She didn't even deign to show her face on camera. I of course was a wreck bouncing in and out of the fake data under this pressure and it in no way reflected my actual ability to do the job. Ridiculous.

Interview was via Zoom and was able to ask questions about the position and company mission. Received questions about my experience and how I have handles tracking work for new and existing projects.
