The HR is unpredictable. I got the rejection from this company on Feb,3. However, I was reached out by them again and got their interview invitation after a month and a half. I replied with the time I was available but got their rejection again after two workdays by stating they have filled this position. I am confused that did they just reach out to candidates without serious consideration? I don't see this as the right way to treat potential employees.

The experience was very warm and the recruiter helped me every step of the way. Although I did not get an offer, the recruiter was willing to set up a call to discuss feedback on my candidacy and that is very helpful. The timely updates throughout the interview process made the experience even more motivating.
