First online video call, then in person - what mattered and was the most important was being open, language skills, ready and eager to work and motivated. Previous experience in the service industry very appreciated.

I was interviewed by the supervisor and the head chef, both explaining the details of the job and their expectations from me if I got the job. They also explained future plans for the business.
