I applied internally and was asked to interview a few days later. They follow the STAR method of interviewing. My future boss asked for a specific situation and wanting to know how I resolved it. I had worked at the resort for a few years by now so I used that experience in my interview. Giving examples of helping customers/clients is a plus.

Very easy and delightful! Great environment and people. Interview process was great. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended! Position for an administrative assistant was what I was in search of.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
