The interview is a competency based one and they are looking for STAR responses, (google this).
They mainly ask for situations in the past you have shown team work, initiative, customer service, working towards a goal etc.
The whole process took about 1 week and I was offered the job after giving quite average answers.

AFter sending the CV and cover letter I got an invite to the interview. One interview with the head of department, questions relevant to the job - experience, expectations etc. Pretty straightforward. The hotel has closed since then.

I applied online and within a week or two, I was contacted by HR to come in to do the interview. Consisted of a 30 minute interview with housekeeping manager and a quick tour of the hotel.
