Interview
A phone interview which was very pleasant. I was called for an in-person interview. Since I was employed ; they went out of their way to adjust their schedules for me. I was interviewed separately by the Manager and then the SVP. Both of them were very well prepared for the interview

Interview
They perform STAR interview (situation, task, action, result) where they ask you to present a scenario that you've experienced that fits a general situation they've provided. You describe the situation, action you took, and result that happened. It makes interviewing easy for both sides of the table and is stress free for the interviewees.

Interview
Initial interview as former employee in good standing. Given the exact same written test that I passed when first hired by Marriott. Then, telephone personality profile by junior employee in another state. She stated that I passed this process. Then, requests for further interview by telephone were avoided. Messages not returned by first interviewer and no explanation given.
