Interview
Was a "transfer" employee - from Texas to California. However, H.R. does nothing to help you transfer. The only advantage is that you do not lose benefits if you transfer within six months. I applied in August to several Marriott hotels in area - did not get an interview until end of September, only after e-mailing supervisor of Food & Beverage. Hiring wasn't until October, which was ridiculous since I was ALREADY AN EMPLOYEE.
