Questions were not difficult and was more of a friendly conversation. Dress appropriately. Ask questions. Be sure to follow up with the interviewer.

Get ready and prep for STAR questions. This is mandatory for all Marriott interviews. It seems intimidating at first but it’s normal for all interviews to flow this way. Just prepare, and make sure you answer each question in that format!

The interview was very friendly and it was a comfortable experience. The interviewer discussed my background and information that was relevant to the position I was being considered for. Once completed, they followed up within a week to let me know the outcome.
