Interview
I applied online. Received a phone call about 2 weeks later and I was asked to come in for an interview the next day. The interview was supposed to be at 8:30 am but I waited about 15 minutes for them to come meet with me. The interview was pretty standard and you had to answer it in a way that was specific to how they wanted it. For example, you had to answer the question then clearly state "The result is...". The two ladies were pretty nice and I felt pretty confident about it. I was given a certain time when they would respond back to me but when I hadn't heard anything yet I followed up and was told they had to do more interviews. Then about a week and a half later I finally got a response.
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
