Smoth and friendly in profisnal way. They know what they are looking for and they are really good. Not long process. Two interviews and two tests. And small roll play
Interview via teams. Pretty easy interview. Very detailed about job expectations and duties as a remote sales representative. Great benefits package along with competitive pay. 5 weeks of training which is great. After your probation period, you can request a different schedule. They also provide all of the equipment necessary to work from home!
