Interview
Very quick and very clean. Just asks about prior experiences and what you did to deal with certain customer situations. Hiring manager is very polite but tends to be missing in the office most of the time.

The questions were mostly presented as different scenarios and situations you have been in and how you reacted and responded to them.
Moderate. they asked about past experience and why i wanted to join marriott. Just one telephonic round of interview. They ask about previous work experiences and reason for switch. Asked about my strengths and weakness. Tell me something about yourself. Goal after 5 and 10 years

Two interviews with talking about experience and how to approach different situations. It felt pretty easy and nothing too hard. Just feel confident and know what you are talking about. That is what they are mainly looking for that you aren't too shy and can be very helpful for their guests.
