I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marriott International (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview itself was fine. The manager I met with was engaging and we had a good conversation. At the second interview she introduced me to other employees who spoke with me about their history with the company. The online application however seemed pointlessly long.
