I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the Talent Manager earlier this week. I was given the green light to move on in the interview process, so interviewed with the Hiring Manager over the phone. The next step is 3 separate panel interviews (3 hours) with Associates at Mars Symbioscience. I will update this review after my interview. I went Symbioscience for my in-person interview today (6/9). The interview consisted of a 30-minute tour with the PO Manager followed by two 1 hour panel interviews with 4 different associates. I was not offered the position. No feedback was provided even though they stated that they would provide feedback.
