4 15-minute long interviews with 4 HR specialists from Chocolate, Petcare, Food and Wrigley divisions. One part of the interview included a task to prioritize some work issues. Asked no questions concerning previous work experience. Refused to give feedback in the end of the interview. I would say the interviewers were rather neutral.

Describe a difficult situation and the way you resolved a problem
Starts with an online application and some short typed interview questions within the application, then a digital one-way interview which is only around 20 minutes, then you will get shortlisted to do an in-person assessment centre and interviews in-person as well.
