The process comprised online form filling, assessment test, Digital Interview, Skype interview and finally 1-2-1.
I got to the digital interview stage.
They want to get to know your thinking ability or thought process first before they get to know why you want to work there, etc., etc.

Question 1
For the digital interview:
1) What was the one time you had difficulty developing a working relationship with someone and how did you improve it?
2) Give an example of a complex situation and how you handled it. How would you improve your problem solving skills?
3) Give an example of an ambiguous situation that you faced and how you came to a solution.
