Verschillende online rondes overleefd waardoor ik vervolgens een skype meeting zou hebben met de recruiter. Na 2,5 maand(!) wachten en meerdere mailtjes te hebben ontvangen dat er gewerkt wordt aan nieuwe timeslots om skype meetingen in te plannen, kreeg ik een berichtje dat alle plekken al waren vergeven dus dat ze niet meer met mijn sollicitatie verder gingen, maar dat ze hopen dat ik volgend semester weer zou solliciteren (from scratch!) Schandalig hoe dit bedrijf omgaat met sollicitanten.

Wat zou je doen als een collega de kantjes er van af loopt?
Very good experience, very professional, classic setup of getting a case, preparing a presentation and presenting back to a plenum. I liked how engaged everybody seemed and how serious they took one during the process.

Why did you decide to choose this strategy (in the context of the case study)?
the first stage is a video interview, and it allows a second chance for each question. There are 4 questions in total. However, there are quite a number of sub questions under each one, the time for responses is limited.

How do you see the industry/ field will become in the upcoming 5-10 years? How can you support the company with that?
Was easy and good. Online and asked about my major and what i would do in different types of situations. Overall, i think it was helpful and showed me what is most important to them.
