I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mars (London, England) in May 2013
Interview
Multi stage process, very focused on meeting many people of all levels and various departments. There was a phone interview with HR, a 1-1 with the current Director, an assessment day with various elements, then a peer and direct report interview. Most interesting part of interviews/assessement day is case study review & presentation and getting a feel for culture and people.

Question 1
Just the case study as such as it's not used in many interviews. It's a good process enabling to see a bit more of the person 'in action' and can work as a good selling tool. Key is to be focused, rested and deliver a good presentation.
The interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions and it was a relaxed environment. There is a coffee chat talking about the company and then they set up another time for the real interview. I would just make sure you know how to respond to questions about your resume.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Veghel) in Mar 2020
Interview
Started off with the video interviews and then the next step was an interview on skype. Once this was completed the next round in the assessment centre. I had to do a virtual case study and presentation because of the corona situation. It would normally be at the offices.
