Phone screening and interview with hiring manager. The interview focused on my ability to problem solve, dealing with ambiguity, and conflict management. In the interview, they are looking for you to follow the STAR method.

Quick video call with 3 panel members. They asked some questions about past experiences and also situational questions and there is a case study. After you present your solution they will then walk you through your answers.

If a line (they described the line in their plant) is decreasing in efficiency and you were tasked to raise it by x% what would be your approach?
The process was fairly straightforward, one interview with two individuals. It was quite lengthy with mostly behavioral based questions that you can easily answer in STAR format. They asked many clarifying questions and wanted a lot of explanation based on your answers. Was notified after about a week or two that I was offered the position.
