Interview
It started with a submission of a video submission and then was a panel interview, that was it! The panel was very forced, they have to ask you certain questions so it’s nearly impossible to feel conversational.

1st round: Regional ecomm interview
2nd round: Case study prep + panel interview (head of sales, regional ecomm, head of trade marketing, Head of HR)
Panel interview was quite technical, lots of questions and filtering especially for a manager role only
