1st round of the interview with Hiring manager and HR manager. General questions based on your CV and experiences. The 2nd round is to complete a case study then you need to prepare a presentation. Present the presentation to the panel and defend your position.

Interview process what great. The HR team really provides new associates what they need to be successful. New onboards are provided a full week of orientation and in certain parts of the business they provide formal product specific training. Giving you the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of what you make from day one.
