Th assessment centre begins with a group project ona case study, which you then use for your written exercise later. Later, there is an individual interview which was very relaxed and there were six questions they asked every candidate. Also you have to prepare a presentation on why you want to work at Marsh.

What is your biggest flaw and how will you work to better it?
Group interview stage after online individual interview. There were five people in the group (held on zoom). All were final year students from different backgrounds. We all seemed to do a good job but none of us got a call back for the next round and did not get any feedback.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marsh
Interview
Invited for video interview after applying online by giving CV and Cover Letter. Mercer replied within 2 days and the initial video interview was relatively easy with basic questions about the company and the scheme you have applied for.
