Interview
Phone call, then home task: data visualization, create various graphs and utilize various techniques for data visualization and analysis.
Had a week to finish the task and the instructions were quite clear.
This was a quick and classic interview process: The first interview was a phone call with the HR manager, and then I interviewed with my two teammates since it was a small team I was joining, finally ending with a technical interview. The phone call and the in-person interviews were straight-forward, with standard interview questions and some questions about my knowledge of insurance. The technical interview was timed, and had basic excel data and a bunch of answers you had to answer by manipulating the data.
