Interview
I spoke with a recruiter for my college career fair who then put me in touch with two ladies for an interview. The recruiter was very kind in our conversation, and the interview was comfortable and easy to speak in. I was told they'd make a decision within the next week, and then simply never said anything to me after that. About a month later I reached out to the recruiter to ask if I would get noticed of rejection, to which it's now been a month since then and never received a reply. I think not informing people they didn't get the position just leaves you a bit on edge and really just unsettled. The people I spoke with were great, but the way the company goes about rejection doesn't really sit right with me.

Interview
Phone interview and then zoom interview with HR team. Both were casual behavioral questions and nothing technical asked. Relatively easy interview process and everyone was very kind. Have great conversation with interviewers.
