The Interview process was very well laid out. One recruiting call, one face to face, and the offer letter was received. Several follow-up emails after the offer letter was signed, to make sure that all the pre-hire paperwork was done.

One round of interview by zoom meeting only, no skill test. They will ask about your reasons for choosing this position, understanding about the company & broker industry as well as your contribution to the team if you are selected.

I applied online, and had a face to face interview. I was contacted several weeks later via a recruiter from their NY HQ. The process moved very quickly, and I was kept updated throughout the process. Iwas offered a position and accepted.
