All employees were friendly. There was a genuine interest in personal ambitions/abilities in terms of matching to a suitable role. The process was relatively quick with good communication throughout. The interviews weren't too intense, with good questions and conversation productive in allowing interviewee to express thoughts in a relaxed manner.

Describe one example of when you persuaded someone round to your way of thinking.
The interviewer is professional and steadfast. The TA is willing to get back soon on my enquires and offers. I have another offer in hand and was not able to hold on for long, however the company is willing to negotiate and expedite as they have shortlisted me as a candidate
Structured with multiple rounds with ppl ofr various seniority. Initial fit conversations followed by technical questions. Details around the product line and my decision to pursue a career given my background.
